Geomagnetic Field: Quiet

Investigators: Jamie, Kelly, Pat and Bridget
Equipment: DVR with 4 IR cameras, 2 Sony camcorders with
night shot, 4 digital cameras, 4 Panasonic RR-DR60 recorders,
analog mini cassette recorder, Shack Hack radio, IR thermometer,
2 EMF detectors
Area Investigated: Private residence and the surrounding
property
History: The activity reported by the homeowners includes
humming heard in the backyard, "unnatural" voices coming from
the garage, the cats being locked in the attic, the dog's refusal to
go in the back yard especially after dark, finding the bed turned
down, the dog being fearful of areas of the kitchen and even the
sighting of a woman standing at the kitchen window. The activity
seems to be heightened in the month of August. The history of
the house includes the death of a 6 year old girl named Martha of
Scarlett Fever December 1923 and a verbal history of a wounded
Civil War soldier being cared for by the women of the house until
his death at which time he was allegedly buried on the property. It
was noted that Martha was known for her fondness of cats and
died in the area of the kitchen near the woodstove- the area
where the dog does not like to go. Also, Martha's mother stopped
singing after her daughter's untimely death. It's thought that the
humming could possibly be Martha's mother.
Phenomena: During set up of out door cameras, one camera was
