Investigators: Jamie, Kelly, Debby and Bridget

Weather: 69°F, Clear, Winds calm

Phenomena: A few EVP spikes to 3.4, cold spots, noises coming from the summer kitchen.  Upon inspecting the summer kitchen no animals or individuals were found.  This location warrants further investigation, however the structure inside is not completely safe and the property is currently listed for lease.
