History/Results: My family seems to attract ghosts. Maybe it goes back to my great-great-grandmother who was a psychic medium, or maybe it's just because we're weird. Either way, we have many experiences. My grandmother's house is no exception. Located in a Baltimore suburb, her house is frequented by paranormal activity. In an upstairs bedroom, footsteps walk the floors. Several years ago, my aunt was staying upstairs during a visit. She began feeling uncomfortable when my brother (then about 4 years old) walked in the room, looked in the corner, and asked, "Who's that looking at me?" Earlier still, my sister was a colicky baby, and my mom spent many nights sitting in the rocker with her. On several nights, my sister stopped crying, lifted her head, and began laughing at something over my mother's shoulder. The family believes it may be the spirit of my grandfather, though we aren't positive about that. I have tried getting recordings and did get some EVP's but they were not clear enough to understand.

Recently, my brother and I went to investigate the upstairs bedrooms. We managed to get several EVP's. At one point we asked if the person up there was my grandfather, the answer sounds like "yeah". My brother asked if the ghost knew who we were. The answer was "Aaron" which is my brother's name. Prior to our questions, we were listening to our recorders when the bedroom door opened by itself. Now some people I'm sure would be skeptical. But the fact is, I specifically closed the door and made sure it was latched, mainly because we didn't want my daughter interrupting us. As we sat down, the door opened up. My poor brother nearly had a heart attack. I'm hoping that I managed to get some photos from the bedroom.
